Hiromitsu's Requiem Mass will be held at Farm Street Church on Tuesday 16th October 2018 at 11am.
Following the mass you are invited to join Mrs Mochizuki for light refreshments in the church hall from 12 noon until 1pm.
The committal will take place at Mortlake Crematorium at 2pm that you are welcome to attend, parking is available at the crematorium.
